A special event attended by top media, influencers and VIPs was held last month to celebrate the opening of the brand new Lladró Pop Up boutique at the Taikoo Li Sanlitun shopping mall in Beijing, China.

More than seventy special guests including young tenor Ma Jia, founder of social fashion media Shangwu Fan Deng Wei, fashion pioneer and investor Duo An Xiao, columnist and media expert Zhuang Yating, life aesthetician Zeng Yanbing, young singer Duo Zhuo, and influencers Shoubianbali, Nikki-Min and Wenxuan Li attended the event, some of whom enjoyed a preview of the boutique while others were treated to a VIP dinner. The event was a great success, with guests sharing news of the opening and photos of themselves with Lladró creations with their big community of followers.

Also known as “The Village”, the mall is a famous landmark in the heart of the fashionable Chaoyang district, a paradise for luxury fashion and delicious food and a magnet for trendsetters and shoppers from all over China. The boutique is the second to be opened in mainland China and the first of its kind in the capital.

Designed with on-trend pastel colors, the fresh approach to the space highlights the brand’s cutting-edge range of New Concept creations. The store is targeted to appeal to an influential and upmarket clientele that is curious about new cultural trends and contemporary art.

The Taikoo Li Sanlitun mall’s relaxing, sophisticated atmosphere combined with the presence of other influential luxury names such as Balenciaga, LOEWE, Givenchy and Alexander Wang makes it the perfect setting for Lladró to present its most innovative collections.

With this opening, Lladró has further strengthened its relationship with a key Asian market where its handcrafted products are highly appreciated for their unique artistic quality and innovation. It also continues to build on its recent success in a country where there are now 35 points of sale across major cities including Chengdu, Chongqing, Shanghai and Shenzhen.
